Some girls are not just for MARRIAGE!!

This is so me... I am 26. More than half of my friends are married, my younger cousins are married as well and those who haven't may (or may not) have boy friends or at least must have already planned about getting married and planning about future but hey! all girls are not the same. 

Sorry if I offended some of you but no personal issues.

I want to live, live my life to the fullest without a man. Thank God, I have escaped Nepal or else I would be a bride at the end of this year. My mom has to wait,, at least, 2 years to be a mother-in-law. 

I don't want to wake up early in the morning and make breakfast for the whole family. For now, I want to wake up late and have my morning coffee without even washing my face. I don't want to cook tasty dinner for my husband and wait for his reaction for my cuisine. Instead, I want to cook for myself or go to bed without eating any thing at all.

I wish I complete my to-do list at least before marriage. Yeah, I have a secret list for me. May be every one has that. I wonder how many of you got chance to complete them all. 

I want to live as ME for some more years. I don't need a man to make me happy. I can be happy on my own.

I had a friend, who so wanted to get married while we were in our undergrad. These days I see her in facebook with her husband in some part of the world. When I see her photos, I think, "Yes, people have different thoughts and aspirations for life." Happily married she frequently posts photos in saree with her husband by her side, cooking for him may be!! but duh-ah I am not ready for all these for now.

Wait, I am not a feminist or a misandrist. I am just not ready. I want to live, not just breathe and let the days go by. Atleast, I need some bed time stories for my children and their momma will share them her life stories. 

Till then, girls enjoy your married life. And I will enjoy my FREEDOM! :)
